Joe the owner came to my house for the estimate. He was able to get here the morning after I called and scheduled the work the next day. Day of service the crew showed on hour late which impacted my work schedule. Joe called me in advance to coordinate and the crew expedited their work to get me to work just in time. Cody and Scott were the technicians who worked on the house. Super polite, worked on the repair quickly, and pointed out another electrical problem that I need to get worked on in the future. Overall, I would call this company again for service in the future.

Cody was my technician he did an outstanding job. I'm very satisfied with his work. I had a couple of circuits ran for portable air conditioners. Everything worked great. I had no problem with the costs. I will use them again if the need arises. Thank you

I called Sonner Electric asking for a quote to have my kitchen wall outlets and hallway lights looked at. He gave me a quote, we set up a day for him to come out. He came at the time he said he would, he was quick, professional, even helped with something extra that he didn't' have to, and charged a fair price. Great conversation & demeanor. Highly recommend this gentleman's company!

Nothing Short of Excellence! My 2nd time dealing with the company and they have always done a great job. I added their number on my contact list and will definitely continue to request Electrical Services from them. Had a chance to meet Joe, the owner, and he is very knowledgeable in his craft! He came in and, less than 10 minutes later, fixed the issue. They have my Highest Recommendation.

I had an electrical problem and called for service here in Lancaster on Legends Way. I initially thought it would be next day but he said he would be here in 2 hours, he was here in less than 2 hours. Scott came out and problem solved in fast time. Thirty price was exceptionally reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend Sonner Electric. Excellent customer service and great prices. It's hard finding this combination of qualitythese days.

Joe and his staff worked great with us the last couple of months as we designed a new kitchen and Fellowship Hall in our church building. He was professional, helpful and patient as we designed as we went. They were always willing to show up and get the job done! We wouldn’t work with anyone else! I would highly recommend them for home or business needs!

Came out same day I called, and on time. As a single mom I needed to know what to expect as far as cost. I explained my issue on the phone and got a $300-$1200 quote which sounded reasonable for my issue. Joe the owner came out, tested a few things and quickly said it was an Edison problem and to call them. He has totally earned my trust today. This could have been different with a less honest company. I will always keep him in mind for any future services and will recommend them 100%

I highly recommend this company! I found it rather unique that when we were in a situation where we needed support in an immediate fashion that they were able to come through extremely quickly! usually when you say you need help and you need it now that gives a lot of less honorable companies the opportunity to charge a lot more. ((That was not the case the price they quoted was very reasonable There were some additional items that needed to be addressed and the price for that was also extremely reasonable)) I highly recommend them if you need help they're honorable and honest giving them five stars cuz six aren't available!

I had three other people look at the electrical issue, unable to fix it. I had to get a hold of the professionals and am glad I reached out to Sonner Electric. My issue was resolved within twenty minutes. The technician was really friendly, especially to my five year old who was interested in what he was doing. Would definitely recommend

Sonner Electric did an amazing job installing a four prong outlet for my dryer in my house. They were quick to come out and get am estimate and I was able to schedule the installation within the same week. The team that came out was professional and did an excellent during the installation. They helped get the dryer situated and made sure everything worked properly. I would go back to Sonner Electric again for any electrical work required in my house. Highly recommended.
